The struggle with trying to be perfect is real, what does even PERFECT mean?
Can we even reach PERFECTION?
What if we all are Imperfectly Perfect?!

We all are our own special kind of perfect, there is no one else like you out there, so how can someone be more perfect than you are?
With everything we do, we need to start somewhere, just as the baby starts with turning over to their belly, lifting their upper body up from the floor, and eventually starts to drag or crawl around on the floor and one day stands up and after a lot of practice takes the first couple of steps. Isn’t that a fantastic journey to see?
A journey that is not perfect in any type or form, they will stand up and fall, try again and fall but they don’t give up. The baby is taking daily ImPerfect action towards their goal, that they one day will be walking around. The baby doesn’t care about what people around thinks or give up, the baby keeps trying daily and every time she tries /he gets closer to her goal and she takes a step on her journey.
This is exactly what you need to do, you are perfect and you need to take Daily Action in order to reach your goal. Your health journey starts with you making a decision, you decide to take Imperfect Daily Action that will bring you closer to what you want. Taking action is what will create changes and new habits, your will learn and grow and feel so much better.
You are not alone on this journey, I’m right there with you.
I still take Imperfect Daily Action on my own health journey, I learn new things about myself and my body every day. Things that I should and shouldn’t do. Things will change, my body will change, my body will adapt and I need to change, my environment will change, people around me, the food I have access to etc. I need to adapt to my circumstances in order to be my best, feel my best and perform my best.
Your Health Journey is a lifelong journey and what you do daily will have an impact on that journey, every little decision you make, every tiny step you take, and all daily actions will eventually add up. All your small victories will eventually add up to something bigger and bigger as long as you stay consistent and never give up.
